When entering the air-conditioned Deluxe 1-bedroom Studio 1 with its 52.94 m2 of usable space, you will be impressed by the harmony of the wooden beams and the immensity of the shades of green, brown and white in this place reminiscent of a tropical jungle. Birds and butterflies complete the modern and contemporary decor. The large amount of natural light coming from 8 windows in this Studio transmits a lightness and the whole set will make you smile.
In the bedroom we prepare a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and in the living room we can prepare a single bed (0.90m x 2.00m) on one of the existing sofas where we place a topper mattress to provide more comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave.

This air-conditioned Junior Open-Space Studio 2 has an area of 29.74 m2 and is decorated in shades of red and white.
The double bed (1.50m x 2.00m) is comfortably located on top of the mezzanine, just below one of the three skylights in this very romantic Studio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, water kettle.
We provide bed linen and towels.

Deluxe Studio 3/4 with Mezzanine

The "Deluxe Studio 3/4 with Mezzanine" is an open and air-conditioned space and has 51.13m2 of floor space.
The decoration of this Studio gives the feeling of being in a wooden cabin in a cork oaktree.
Cork, wood, copper and earth tones gives you a natural sensation with all the necessary comfort. The cork oaktree art on the wall of Studio 3 / 4 aims to honor the fact that Portugal is the largest cork producer in the world!
A total of 6 skylights and a window in the bathroom gives you a lot of natural light.
We prepare the main double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) on the mezzanine and underneath you can find another double bed (1.40m x 1.90m) or 2 single beds (2 x 0.70m x 1.90m).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, water kettle and toaster.
We provide bed linen and towels.

Our open-space “Deluxe Studio 5 with Terrace and Mezzanine” is air-conditioned and offers the largest mezzanine.
Three large attic windows, a window in the bathroom and another in the kitchen allow the Lisbon sun to enter warmly, giving honor to the special light for which Lisbon is famous.
The Studio 5 with its 50,03m2 + 9.60 m2 terrace gives the feeling of being in an oasis in this historic neighborhood of Lisbon. The modern decor with palm trees, green and white striped wallpaper is combined with straw elements and lots of wood. The double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and a sofa bed (1.20m x 1.80m) are located on the mezzanine. Just below, in an intimate corner, we can prepare a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) or 2 single beds (2 x 0.70m x 2.00m).
The fully equipped kitchen has a combined refrigerator, electric oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster. We provide bedsheets and towels.
The terrace has a table, 4 chairs, a Weber gas grill, natural plants and a clothes drying rack.

Our open spaced and climitized "Superior Studio 6 with Mezzanine" measures 35.91m2 + 5.5m2 of balcony.
The black & white predominates in this Studio and the various paintings of typical Lisbon buildings, mirrors, pop art on tiles have made this Studio a success since 2014. The double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) is positioned on the mezzanine.
We can prepare the sofa bed (1.20m X 1.90m) under the mezzanine if two people want to sleep separately.
2 large attic windows, another window in the bathroom and the glazed door leading to the balcony provide spectacular light in this intimate environment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined refrigerator, 2-ring vitroceramic hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Yellow and beige are the dominant colors of this cheerful and contemporary decor.
The visible wooden structure of the roof beams gives a very special charm to this Studio 7/8 whose construction dates back to the 18th century.
The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, 4-ring ceramic hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, water kettle and dishes for 5 people.

Our "Premium 1- Bedroom Studio 9 with Terrace" with its 76.45m2 and 29.39m2 terrace (with horizontal awning) has 3 solar orientations (south, east and west) and is probably the most exceptional apartment in the neighborhood Cais do Sodré.
You walk into the hallway under the original roof beams and enter the largest living area. To the right is the sofa and kitchinette while the left side is the bedding area. There are two beds here, one measuring 0.90m x 2.00m and the other measuring 1.40m x 2.00m for 3 persons. Here is the access to the master bedroom which offers a 1.60m x 2.00m double bed.
The Premium Studio 9 is therefore perfect for a couple, friends or a family.
Blue, wood and copper are the predominant tones of this beautiful Studio 9 which comes with a bathroom with shower.
The open spaced kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave and electric oven.
